Hey guys, It's me, Nova. This is potentially one of my last posts on the forums. I have applied for staff on a big network, and if I get accepted, I may need to resign from my smaller servers. Now, onto the business.
Some of you are pissed off that I joined one day, and practically got owner almost immediately. I'm just going to put part of my app to explain why I got Owner almost immediately.
"I believe I am eligible for staff because I am hard working and I have a lot of experience with staffing.
Experience being staff:
First off, my name is Justin, and I have been staff on 6 servers, and I owned one of those. I became admin on most of the servers that I staffed on, but some I didn't. I am still staff on multiple servers, but I am willing to resign if I get accepted.
On DGPvP, an old shutdown server, I became helper.
On an old tekkit classic server, I forget the name, I worked my way from Helper -> Helper+ -> Head Helper -> Mod -> Head Mod ->Admin -> Head Admin.
On a currently shutdown server, CanadianPvP, I worked my way from Helper -> Helper+ -> Jr. Mod -> Sr. Mod -> Admin -> Owner.
On a friends server <Name Removed>, I worked my way from Helper -> Helper+ -> Mod -> Sr. Mod -> Admin.
On another friend's server, <Name Removed>, I worked my way from Helper -> Helper+ -> Jr. Mod -> Head Mod -> Admin.
On my server, I obviously was an owner.
Experience with handleling large amounts of players:
On my server, I had 5 gamemodes. Prison, Factions, OP Factions, KitPvP, and Skyblock. On each server, I had a limit of 75 people on, and usually at least 50 people were on each individual server. I had a fairly small staff team for a server that size, I had maybe 20 people excluding myself.
I used to have to jump back and forth between servers to handle problems that arose, and there were lots of them. Lots of players fought, and there were usually some disagreements about possible hackers, certain staff members that people didn't like, and it was almost always up to me to resolve them.
On <Name Removed>, they had 4 gamemodes, and usually at least 100 people on all of them combined. While I'm aware that this isn't the size that <Name Removed> is, I feel that being staff on DGPvP prepared me to own my own server, and deal with bigger playerbases.
On CanadianPvP, there was never really a large crowd on, but there were some trouble makers. This server isn't a server where you get promoted every month, you actually have to work for your promotions. I've been staff on the server for several months.
On the old tekkit classic server, there were usually about 75-120 people on at a time. This however, was only a 2 mode server, so it wasn't that hard to handle the crowd. I was demoted for being immature once, but I was able to mature a lot and become staff and work my way through the ranks again. Some people say that I was demoted at my end of the playing on the server, but I actually resigned due to a bunch of problems that I had with the staff and the way the server was run.
<Name Removed> and <Name Removed> are the smallest servers I've ever staffed on.
<Name Removed> is in alpha, and there are usually 1 to 15 people on at a time.
<Name Removed> is still in closed beta, and we usually only have 3 or 4 staff members on at a time.
Stuff about me:
I'm 16, and I just started school for the year. I'm in a virtual public school, and my days start early, so I end early in the afternoon, but I'll still have homework and stuff to do, so I probably won't be on until around 4 pm EST. I used to play sports, but haven't for a couple years. I have 2 younger siblings, so I'm used to a lot of bickering, so I feel I have gotten fairly good at resolving problems between younger kids.

That's why I was given Owner. I have years of experience in staffing servers, and anyone who would like to disagree can be told this. I got my first account when I was 10. I am now 16. I have 6 years of staffing. I got my server when I was 12. I ran that until I turned 14. So yeah, that's my story.
I want to thank you all for the good times I had on here. However, if I get don't get accepted on the big network, all of this still stands, except for the me leaving part. There's a good chance I won't be accepted, but if I get accepted, I will be resigning effective at the time of my acceptance. I will still play here though, so don't think Dad is leaving you guys completely.
We have some big news in this post. Creeperz Network has officially merged with two other servers, which added OP Factions and KitPvP to our network! The staff transfers are still in the working, but I believe that only Sr. Mod and up will transfer. It is up to hubbabubbatubba and GreenSheepYT to decide who transfers to their servers.
That being said, Sanjay and I would like to welcome hubbabubbatubba and GreenSheepYT to the network! They will remain Owners on their servers. They have the final word when it comes to issues on their servers. Hubba and Green own OP Factions, and KitPvP respectively.
Next staff promotions/selections should be in a week.
